Thank you for choosing TheWildFlowerVault for your party equipment rentals! We’re committed to making your event unforgettable with our drop-off, setup, pickup, and disassembly services for items like walls and party gear. To keep everything running smoothly, please review our policy below:
- Cancellations
We require at least one (1) week’s notice before your scheduled drop-off date for cancellations. If you cancel with less than one week’s notice, you may be charged [e.g., 50% of the rental fee or full amount], as we reserve equipment and crew time just for you. - Returns
Rented items remain your responsibility until our team picks them up. Please ensure they’re ready and accessible for disassembly and pickup at the agreed-upon time. Additional fees may apply for delays, missing items, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. - Service Details
We handle drop-off, setup, pickup, and disassembly. Need to change your schedule or location? Let us know at least one week in advance to avoid extra charges. - Refunds
Full refunds are available for cancellations made with at least one week’s notice. For cancellations within one week, refunds may be partial or forfeited at TheWildFlowerVault’s discretion.
